Profile
Gonzalo is a transactional partner with over 35 years of experience providing legal and business advice to domestic and multinational companies with particular focus on joint ventures, strategic alliances, structuring of high-level cross-border transactions, projects and infrastructure, government procurement and public bids, real estate, hospitality industry agreements, as well as he is active in alternative dispute resolution and acts as arbitrator and expert witness in domestic and international arbitration proceedings.
