Jacinto is a partner with over 14 years of experience specializing on mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, private equity, and capital markets, where he has advised leading national and international clients across diverse industries in complex domestic and cross-border transactions.

Jacinto’s work includes the structuring of joint ventures, tender offers, corporate reorganizations, leveraged buyouts, syndicated and “warehouse” financings, and private securities offerings, with a focus on innovative legal strategies and efficient execution in both regulated and unregulated sectors.

His international experience includes working as an associate at Latham & Watkins LLP in New York.

Jacinto has cultivated deep expertise in the structuring and negotiation of “warehouse” financing facilities in Mexico, representing both international funds and domestic borrowers. His work in this area has supported the rapid growth of the Fintech sector, where he has handled sophisticated financing solutions involving innovative asset-backed structures and regulatory considerations.

Additionally, he has been involved in matters related to the insurance industry, complementing his expertise in financial and corporate law with the analysis of regulatory and transactional issues in this sector.
