About
Pamela has broad experience as in-house lawyer for multinational corporations. For three years, Pamela was a secondment of the firm at Dow Quimica Mexicana, where she oversaw all commercial, corporate matters, mainly related to Distribution Agreements, Consigments, Leases, Service Performances, Construction Agreements, among other relevant matters. She was responsible for counseling and advising Polyurethanes and Consumer Solutions Businesses in Mexico and the Andean Region, and Coatings and Performance Monomers in Mexico, as well as Credit and Collection matters for both these regions and businesses. Pamela was also the point of contact for Workplace Servicesand Purchasing for their three chemical plants in Mexico and Colombia.

Experience
Pamela was also in charge of the corporate matters in Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica, Peru, and Venezuela, and was responsible for the creation of two entities in Costa Rica and Guatemala. Additionally, she participated and advised two mergers and a liquidation between companies of the Group, as well as supporting corporate restructuring in which capital increases and decreases were carried out.
Prior to joining Dow, she worked at Telefónica Movistar, where she drafted and reviewed contracts for various Group companies, as well as corporate matters, participating in mergers, spin-offs, and liquidations. Pamela was responsible for successfully carrying out a Self-Correction Program before the National Banking and Securities Commission (Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores), as well as for making Quarterly and Annual Update Notices in the National Registry of Foreign Investment (Registro Nacional de Inversion Extranjera).
