Gonzalez Calvillo, January 22th, 2024 – We acted as legal counsel to Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC), and a group of commercial banks in connection with a senior secured term loan facility extended to Gasoducto de Zapotlanejo, S. de R.L. de C.V. (GAZA), an affiliate of Grupo SIMSA and owner of a natural gas transportation pipeline located in the State of Jalisco, Mexico. The proceeds will be used by GAZA to repay existing debt and for other corporate purposes.
