Experience

Within his experience, Alejandro has represented and advised companies in nullity trials, amparo trials, revocation appeals, documentary reviews, conclusive agreements, domiciliary visits, Administrative Procedures in Customs Matters, verifications of origin, among others.

He has also advised multinational companies in obtaining IMMEX and PROSEC programs, VAT and IEPS Certifications, Authorized Economic Operator Certifications, and prior import permits.

Likewise, he has advised multinational companies on the evaluation of the compliance of obligations regarding the foreign trade operations that they carry out, prior to the verification of the authorities.
