Felipe is a lawyer with over 5 years of experience specialized in constitutional and administrative litigation, consulting in highly regulated sectors, telecommunications and broadcasting, arbitration and antitrust.

Experience
Felipe assists clients with research and analysis of legal and regulatory provisions applicable in their field and acts as a point of contact with public officials at both federal and local levels. He also conducts research of relevant precedents and rulings to support the clients’ position in their proceedings. He also carries out strategic analysis of possible actions and next steps in litigation and drafts writs, lawsuits, and legal opinions in administrative, constitutional, amparo and telecommunications matters, among others.
Additionally, he has taken part in several national and international academic competitions, such as the 28th edition of the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, the 18th edition of the Willem C. Vis East International Commercial Arbitration Moot, the Harvard National Model of United Nations Latin America 2016 where he got two awards, and as a member of the organizing committee of CONGRESMUN XII before the Mexican Congress.
