Georgina Zavala is an associate in the Environment, Agrarian and Social Impact, Health Sciences and Health Regulation area. She has vast experience in advising clients during the procedures for obtaining authorizations, concessions, licenses and permits, as well as in defending these within administrative procedures, as well as the filing of annulment lawsuits filed before local authorities and federal bodies, such as the National Commission of National Waters and the Federal Court of Administrative Justice. Her experience includes advising clients in the automotive industry, especially regarding the certifications that must be met based on the Official Mexican Standards related to atmospheric emissions, safety devices, as well as the regulation of the transportation of auto parts in Mexico.
