Experience

Her experience in the real estate and corporate area includes advising clients on the purchase and sale of real estate assets, and on all aspects related to leasing within Mexico including structure, development and planning, as well as the preparation of their contracts and documentation related to real estate transactions. Paulina also advises clients on all matters related to the corporate area, supporting them in the constitution, regularization, and in any corporate transaction, verifying compliance with all their obligations and provisions established by law. Paulina’s banking and finance practice has been recognized by the IFLR1000 publication, naming her as a Notable Practitioner.
