Our ability to provide integral services, through our wide range of practice areas, allows us to provide services related to legal aspects of corporate nature, including corporate planning, that best suits the client’s business needs, incorporation of companies, registrations, start of operations and corporate governance, restructuring and reorganizations, agreements between partners or shareholders, up to the merger, spin-off, dissolution and liquidation of companies. Several of our partners serve as members of their clients’ board of directors or take care of their corporate secretary functions.
Members of our corporate practice group actively participate in all kinds of local and cross-border transactions, mainly related with corporate, mergers, acquisitions and private equity matters, including the sale or acquisition of equity stakes, minority stakes and assets, financed acquisitions, capitalization, corporate restructurings, partial or total spin-offs, public tender offers for acquisitions, planning and implementation of partnerships, joint ventures, dissolution and liquidations, among others.

This provides added value to advice on labor, commercial/contractual, data protection, intellectual property, foreign trade and customs, mediation, litigation and other commonly related practices. All of the above, in addition to our proven experience in the negotiation, structuring and creation of joint venture and strategic alliances, as a result of foreign investment, either by legal requirement or as part of the business strategy adopted by a client. We also advise national and foreign companies, private equity firms and investment funds, among others, intending to do business in Mexico and Latin America.
Likewise, we have been selected by a large number of joint ventures to act as independent legal advisors to their shareholders or partners, as well as to address corporate affairs and advise on day-to-day or specific operations that require the representation of the consortium as a whole.
