Drafting agreements with users and service providers, including application software development, as well as drafting their services agreements and terms of service for Mexico or adapting their foreign services agreements and terms of services to Mexican law.
Legal advice to mobile applications, online application portals, and multiple internet system platforms from a myriad of industries.
