Infrastructure and Project Finance
We represent financial institutions, governments, Mexican and foreign development banks, multilateral organisms, suppliers, contractors, and sponsors in connection with project development (e.g., design, construction, operation) and financing transactions across a spectrum of sectors, including power, oil and gas, water, roads, airports, ports, railways and telecommunications.
The firm also provides general legal advice regarding the compliance with specific laws and regulations, including regulatory and administrative aspects intrinsic to projects, including requirements related with concessions and permits, real estate, environment, and social impact.
