The Users’ personal data shall be collected and processed with the main purpose of managing their relationship with Pérez-Llorca:

(ii) managing their candidacy in recruitment processes.

The legal grounds for processing the Users’ personal data is the following:

  • For the management of our recruitment processes, we will process the data we are provided for the duration of the recruitment process and, in the event that we are expressly authorised to include data in our employment database, we will conserve it for two years following receipt of an application.
  • When we handle your data for sending communications, legal publications, activities or invitations to events, we will retain your information until you remove your consent for this purpose.
  • When you submit a query through our website, we will handle your data during the time required to manage and resolve the query.

Once these time periods have ended, we will keep the data blocked during the term of limitation for any liability that may arise as a result of handling the data, and will only make them available to the competent public administrations, judges and courts.

Pérez-Llorca has two subsidiaries outside of Spain, one in the United Kingdom (Pérez-Llorca UK LLP) and another in the United States of America (Pérez-Llorca US LLP), although the Users’ data will not be transferred to said subsidiaries.

In relation to the personal data collected, Pérez-Llorca has adopted and shall adopt the necessary technical and organisational measures to ensure its protection and avoid its alteration, loss, handling and/or unauthorised access, taking into account the fast-moving nature of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed, in compliance with applicable regulations.
