Andrea joined Pérez-Llorca in 2023. Prior to this, she worked in a Magic Circle firm, a Big Four firm and a Spanish firm.
Studies:
- 2015 Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession and Master’s degree in International Law, Universidad Carlos III – ISDE
- 2013 Degree in Law with a Diploma in Economics, Universidad de Deusto
She speaks Spanish and English.
Experience
Andrea has experience in advising listed and unlisted companies on corporate and stock market transactions. She has participated in national and international transactions, both in regulated and unregulated markets, including IPOs and capital increases. Andrea also has experience in advising companies on corporate governance issues.
