Experience
Alejandro Alberte has extensive experience in advising on all types of corporate transactions (LBOs, MBOs, mergers, acquisitions, restructurings and joint ventures), mainly with an international component. He has developed a strong energy and infrastructure practice, with a particular focus on investment funds and large utilities in these sectors, becoming a reference in the Spanish legal M&A energy and infrastructure sector.
