Ana joined Pérez-Llorca in 2024. Prior to this, she worked for two years in a Spanish firm in Madrid, focusing on competition matters.

Experience

Ana is specialised in competition law and EU litigation. She advises on merger control, prohibited conduct – both agreements and abuses of dominant position – state aid and EU law. Ana also has experience in the development of compliance programmes, claims for damages arising from anti-competitive offences and foreign direct investment (‘FDI’) regulation.
