Experience
Aurora is a lawyer in the Corporate practice area. She works on transactions involving the sale and purchase of companies and assets, from drafting due diligence reports to preparing and negotiating contracts. She also advises on other corporate law matters.
Before joining the Corporate team, Aurora also gained experience in the Tax practice where she worked on tax inspections and contentious-administrative claims and advised clients on preparing their individual income taxes.
