Beatriz joined Pérez-Llorca in 2021. Prior to this, she worked at a well-known national law firm, as well as at internationally renowned companies.

Studies:

• 2021 Joint Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession and in Corporate Law (Bilingual), IE Law School
• 2020 Joint honours degree in Law and Business Administration (E-3), Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE)
• 2018 Erasmus programme, Tilburg University, The Netherlands

She speaks Spanish, English and basic French.

Experience

Beatriz works in Pérez-Llorca’s Corporate practice area and specialises in Commercial and Real Estate Law. She provides legal advice to domestic and international clients on all types of M&A, real estate and corporate transactions. Prior to this, Beatriz worked in the firm’s Litigation and Arbitration practice area.
