Beatriz Sánchez joined Pérez-Llorca in May 2022, bringing more than five years of experience from renowned national and international law firms.
Studies:

Experience
Beatriz has experience advising on contractual matters, as well as on all types of commercial transactions (mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, joint ventures), mainly with an international component. Her experience includes advising on the due diligence phase, as well as advising on the sale and purchase agreement and ancillary contracts for the transaction (shareholders’ agreements, call options, put options, among others). In the area of procurement, she has spent the last three years of her practice mostly on energy.
