Experience

Belen’s professional experience focuses on commercial litigation before the Spanish courts, as well as in domestic and international commercial arbitrations.

Belén is specialised in dispute resolution in particularly large and complex cases. She has also been involved in disputes related to international supply contracts, post-M&A disputes, corporate law and non-competition agreements, among others. Additionally, she has been involved in advising on international asset restructuring for the reciprocal protection of investments, as well as on the recognition and enforcement of foreign awards and judgments. Lastly, Belén boasts ample experience in the public and private enforcement of competition law.
