Borja joined Pérez-Llorca in November 2018 after working for three years at the Corporate and Company Law practice of an international firm. During his university studies, Borja also gained work experience in the Corporate practice of a Spanish law firm.

Studies:

• 2016 Joint Master’s degree in Access to the Legal Profession & Tax Consultancy and Business Law, IE Law School
• 2015 Joint Honours degree in Law and Business Administration & Management, Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM)

He speaks Spanish and English.

Experience

Borja is currently working in the Corporate practice. He regularly deals with mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate restructuring, and has been involved in a number of Spanish and international transactions.
