Carlos joined Pérez-Llorca in 2021 after over three and a half years of experience providing advice in the Corporate and M&A department of a Big Four firm.
Studies:

Experience
Carlos specialises in commercial law. He has provided ongoing advice on commercial, corporate and contractual matters to domestic and international clients and has been involved in investment processes, mergers, acquisitions and restructurings both locally and in cross-border transactions.
Carlos has also provided ongoing advice to domestic and international clients on drafting and negotiating turnkey contracts for the construction of renewable energy projects.
