Clara joined Pérez-Llorca’s Land Planning and Environment practice in 2018, after several years of professional practice in the Public Law department of other renowned Spanish law firms.

Experience
Clara provides advice to national and international companies in the field of Planning Law.
Among others, she acts as secretary of urban development entities such as compensation boards or urban development conservation entities providing advice to the governing bodies of the entities, making assessments of all kinds of consultations, preparing briefs for the information and processing to the acting Administrations of the different projects to be developed within the scope of the same. She is also in charge of the coordination, assistance and management of urban development entities, advising members in both majority and minority shareholding situations.
She is in charge of the legal direction of administrative and contentious-administrative proceedings in relation to various urban and environmental matters, such as changes of ownership of controversial licenses, contestation of proceedings within urban entities or concerning the urban status of architecturally protected properties.
She is a leader in urban planning and environmental advice in the sale and purchase of all types of residential assets, offices, shopping centers, logistics centers, nursing homes, developable land, hotels.
In particular, she stands out in the analysis of new housing models and the assessment of strategies for the implementation of these models according to the regulatory framework of the different municipalities and regions.
Likewise, she manages important land developments, including the drafting and monitoring of the processing of urban planning instruments (Partial Plans, Detailed Studies, Urbanization Projects, Urban Planning Agreements, Reparcelling Projects, etc.) throughout the national territory, with special emphasis on the northern area, Madrid, Catalonia and Andalusia.

Clara has been a lecturer in urban and environmental matters in MBAs and specialized courses on urban planning and the environment
