Cristina Caínzos joined Pérez-Llorca’s Public Law practice in 2017.
Studies:

Experience
Cristina is part of the Administrative and Regulated Sectors team at Pérez-Llorca, carrying out her main activity in the areas of litigation and public procurement.
She boasts ample experience in first instance judicial proceedings and appeals before different courts, including the Supreme Court, civil courts and administrative courts.
With regards to public procurement, she has been involved in studying and advising on contract negotiations for various public administrations. Likewise, she has represented clients before the Central Administrative Court of Contractual Appeals. She has worked in sectors such as infrastructure, transport, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals and banking.
She has represented clients before the Council on Transparency and Good Governance and other equivalent autonomous bodies.
She has been involved in drafting due diligence reports in commercial transactions, valuing risks related to her area of knowledge.
