Profile
Daniel Encinas joined Pérez-Llorca in 2024. Prior to joining the firm, Daniel completed an internship in the tax department of an international law firm, and subsequently worked in the M&A and international tax department of a Big Four.
Studies:
- 2020 Joint Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession and Tax Advice, Instituto de Empresa
- 2019 Joint Honours degree in Law and Business Administration, Universidad Rey Juan Carlos
He speaks Spanish and English.
Experience
Daniel is a member of Pérez-Llorca’s Tax team and has extensive experience in advising on company and/or asset acquisitions (design and implementation of tax structure, due diligence, etc.), mainly in the real estate and energy sectors, and in the restructuring or refinancing of different types of corporate groups.
Daniel also provides recurring tax advice on direct and indirect taxes to corporate clients as well as their partners. Daniel also has extensive experience in international taxation through continuous advice on various kinds of cross-border transactions.
