Experience

Daniel is a specialist in tax audit procedures in relation to the Tax Authorities, and has been involved in the preparation of numerous appeals before the ordinary courts and the economic administrative courts against assessments issued by the Tax Authorities. He also provides ongoing advice to national and international clients in relation to tax matters arising from their business activity and has taken part in corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions and the design of efficient tax structures, both nationally and internationally.
