Darío joined Pérez-Llorca in 2022. Prior to this, he worked for a well-known Spanish law firm and one of the leading real estate consultancies in the Spanish market.
Studies:

- 2021 Joint honours degree in Law and Business Administration, Colegio Universitario de Estudios Financieros (CUNEF)
He speaks Spanish and English.
Experience
Darío specialises in corporate law. He advises domestic and foreign clients on commercial matters, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), creation and dissolution of joint ventures, the securities market, corporate restructurings, private equity and corporate governance.
