Profile
Elena joined Pérez-Llorca in 2023 having previously completed work experience at the firm as part of the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession. Prior to this, she completed work experience in the Tax practice at a boutique firm.

She speaks Spanish, English and Catalan.
Experience
Elena is a member of the Tax practice area, where she advises both domestic and international clients on direct and indirect taxation matters, including the taxation of real estate transactions and transactions with an international component such as transfers of residence.
Elena also contributes to the firm’s tax litigation practice, having participated in both economic-administrative and contentious matters before the tax authorities.
Previously, following the firm’s seat system, Elena provided advisory services in the Banking and Finance area, advising on various types of financing transactions, as well as debt refinancing.
