Eugenia joined Pérez-Llorca in 2023, having previously completed work experience at the firm as part of the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession. Before joining Pérez-Llorca, Eugenia worked in the Corporate/M&A practice and the Litigation practice of two prestigious Spanish firms.

Experience

Eugenia works in Pérez-Llorca’s Corporate/M&A practice area, where she advises both national and international clients on all types of corporate and commercial matters, particularly on mergers and acquisitions, securities market transactions and restructuring processes.

Previously, she worked in the White Collar Crime and Investigations practice area, where she collaborated in advising on crimes against assets, as well as on the implementation of compliance programmes.
