Fátima Eizaguirre joined Pérez-Llorca having previously completed work experience at the firm as part of the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession.

Experience
Fátima currently works in Pérez-Llorca’s Insurance and Reinsurance practice. She specialises in corporate and commercial advice on the sale and purchase of companies, bancassurance alliances and W&I insurance. Fatima has acted as vice-secretary of insurance companies, advising on corporate governance matters.
Likewise, she advises on regulatory issues relating to the insurance sector such as insurance and reinsurance distribution and contract interpretation, and has experience in arbitration, as well as both pre-litigious and litigious matters.
Fátima has published studies and papers on regulation and supervision, engagement policies and the investment strategy of insurance companies, as well as the regulation of pension plans in the employment system, and has contributed to the team’s regulatory and case law reviews of interest to the sector over the last three years.
