Felipe Ramírez joined Pérez-Llorca in 2012. In 2019 he went on secondment to the London-based firm Stephenson Harwood.

- 2012 Master’s degree in International Business Law, ESADE Business School, Barcelona.
- 2011 Law degree, Universitat Internacional de Catalunya, Barcelona
He speaks Spanish, English and Catalan.
Experience
Felipe specialises in Corporate and Finance Law, especially in M&A transactions, the restructuring of businesses and business groups, project finance, corporate law, commercial contracts, private equity and capital market transactions.
Academic and Publishing Collaborations
Felipe lectured on the Master’s Degree in Access to Law at both the Universitat Pompeu Fabra and the ISDE.
He additionally wrote the article “El derecho al retracto en la comunidad ‘pro diviso’”.
