Profile
Francisco joined Pérez-Llorca in February 2019. Previously, he worked in the Litigation and Arbitration departments of two international firms.

Experience
Francisco is currently a member of the Public Law and Litigation practice area. He specialises in advising on public law and European Union law, as well as contentious-administrative, civil and commercial litigation.
EU and Public Law
Francisco advises domestic and international clients on all types of matters related to public and European Union law in a wide range of sectors, including the financial, pharmaceutical, energy, aeronautical and agri-food sectors.
His activity focuses on advising on Spanish and European regulatory issues, as well as on all types of administrative and sanctioning procedures.
Contentious-administrative, civil and commercial litigation
Francisco also advises domestic and international clients on all types of legal proceedings, both in contentious-administrative and civil matters.
He has experience in highly complex contentious-administrative proceedings, especially in the areas of pharmaceutical regulation, land planning, asset liability and subsidies. He also has extensive experience in civil proceedings related to the financial sector, bank resolution, consumer and energy law, as well as in claims for damages arising from competition law infringements. He has also participated in proceedings before the Court of Justice of the European Union.
Francisco also has extensive experience in the defence of our clients’ interests before the courts and tribunals of Spain.
