Francisco joined Pérez-Llorca in 2024 as a lawyer in the Corporate/M&A team of the Lisbon office.

Between 2019 and 2023, and prior to joining Pérez-Llorca, Francisco was part of the Corporate/M&A department of a prestigious Portuguese law firm.

Studies:

• 2023 Postgraduate in Energy Law – Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
• 2018 Graduate in Law – Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Coimbra.

He is fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.

Experience

Francisco has focused his professional activity in the areas of Corporate/M&A, particularly advising national and international companies and business groups on commercial and corporate law matters, namely the incorporation of companies, the purchase and sale of shares, shareholders’ agreements, mergers, spin-offs and corporate reorganisations.
