Profile
Gerardo Brun joined Pérez-Llorca in 2023, having previously completed work experience at the firm as part of the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession. He gained experience in the firm’s Litigation and Arbitration and Corporate/M&A practice areas. Prior to this, Gerado worked in the Commercial law area of a prestigious Spanish firm.

Experience
Gerardo currently works in Pérez-Llorca’s Corporate/M&A practice area, where he participates in transactions involving the sale and purchase and structural modifications of commercial companies, as well as other corporate law matters.
Previously, during his time in the Litigation and Arbitration practice area, he was involved in advising domestic and international clients on all types of civil and commercial proceedings, including insolvency proceedings, before Spanish courts and tribunals.
