Experience

Gumer specialises in advising national and international clients on all types of real estate matters and transactions, including the structuring of real estate investments and divestments, joint ventures, the purchase and transfer of real estate assets, sale and leasebacks, leases, real estate developments, forward funding, etc., as well as transactions related to the logistics and retail sector.

Gumer has also advised Spanish and international companies, including investment funds, REITs, developers and financial institutions.
