Ignacio Pascual is a lawyer in the Tax practice area and a member of the firm’s LatAm Desk.
Experience
Nacho provides advice on Spanish law, mainly to Latin American families and corporations, in relation to the tax planning of their investments in Europe, whether in or through Spain.
With more than ten years of experience in advising on M&A and Private Equity transactions, his practice extends to advising high net worth individuals, families and managers on the tax structuring of their assets and transactions. This global vision of business, property and management enables him to understand and anticipate his clients’ needs both in the short and long term, and provide them with the most appropriate solutions.
Most of his professional activities involve Latin American actors, from which he has built an in-depth knowledge of the region’s tax systems, challenges and policies.
