Inês joined Pérez-Llorca in 2023, as a Capital Markets associate in the Lisbon office of the firm, after advising, as in-house lawyer, the investment and corporate banking areas of a leading Portuguese bank (2021-2023) and assuming the role of in-house legal advisor, specialised in corporate and financial law, in the Portuguese national airline (2020-2021). Inês has also worked, between 2016 and 2019, in a prestigious international law firm in Portugal, in the areas of capital markets, banking and finance and corporate and M&A.
