Profile
Irene Ortega joined Pérez-Llorca as a lawyer in 2024. Prior to this, she worked in the Intellectual Property and Technology department of a prestigious Spanish law firm and in the patent litigation department of a firm specialising in intellectual and industrial property in Madrid.

- 2019 Master’s degree in Corporate Law, Universidad Loyola de Andalucía
- 2018 Joint Honours degree in Law and Business Administration, Universidad de Sevilla

Experience
Irene advises national and foreign companies on different sectors of economic activity on industrial and intellectual property matters, unfair competition, trade secrets and new technologies, and acts in disputes before the civil courts. Among other specialisms, Irene advises on patent litigation in the pharmaceutical sector.
