Profile
Isabella joined Pérez-Llorca in 2022, having previously completed work experience at the firm as part of the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession. Prior to this, Isabella spent more than a year at a world-renowned American firm. In addition, she has been involved in both national and international matters, with a special focus on Latin America, the United States and the United Kingdom.
Studies:
She speaks English and Spanish. She also speaks French and German.
Experience
Isabella is currently part of the firm’s Corporate, M&A and Real Estate practice. She provides legal advice to domestic and international clients on all types of real estate, corporate and M&A transactions. Isabella gained experience working in the firm’s Competition, EU Law, Antitrust Litigation, and Litigation and Arbitration practice areas.
Isabella has taken several courses with law professors from internationally renowned universities such as Columbia Law School; Victoria University of Wellington; University of Birmingham; Government Law College of Mumbai; University of Pittsburgh’s School of Law; Duke University School of Law; University of Surrey, UK; Ph.D., Director, Jury Research Services, National Legal Research Group; Indiana University Maurer School of Law; Hague Academy of International Law; University of Denver and Harvard Law School.
She has attended a number of courses, including Comparative Contract Law, U.S. Tort Law, U.S. Civil Procedure, U.S. Corporate Governance, International Taxation, International Arbitration, International Commercial Arbitration, International Investment Arbitration, International Private Law, Transnational Commercial Law, International Corporate Law, International Securities Regulation, Private Equity and M&A.
Isabella was also selected for several M&A programmes run by Magic Circle firms and other leading international law firms, both in London and Madrid.
Isabella has advised on investment treaty arbitrations for infrastructure funds and multinational companies in English and Spanish proceedings on energy-related claims, as well as on commercial arbitration proceedings, mainly under the ICSID Convention, the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules and the ICC Arbitration Rules. Isabella has also assisted in ICC arbitration and Dispute Adjudication Board (DAB) proceedings on construction-related claims.

Isabella was a guest speaker at the “New Technologies and their role in helping global Business become more sustainable – Legal perspectives” conference, organised by UNAV, Universita Degli Studi di Torino (Italy) and Université Catholique de Lyon (France).
