Profile
Javier Ihatsu joined Pérez-Llorca in September 2022.
After completing an internship in the firm’s Corporate/M&A practice area, he carried out seats in the Real Estate and Banking/Finance practice areas. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for several months in the legal department of a well-known multinational company.
Studies:
- 2023 Joint Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession and in Corporate Law (Bilingual), IE Law School Honours: distinguished in the Dean’s List.
- 2021 Joint Honours degree in Law and Business Administration, IE University
- 2019 Exchange programme, Desautels Faculty of Management, McGill University, Montreal, Canada
He speaks Spanish and English. He also speaks Finnish.
Experience
Javier works in Pérez-Llorca’s Corporate/M&A practice.
He regularly advises domestic and international financial and industrial investors and investment funds on corporate law, commercial contracts and corporate governance.
He also advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, investments, joint ventures and divestments, strategic alliances and corporate reorganisations.
During his seats at the firm, he advised a number of clients on financing and real estate transactions.
