Jesús García Castillo joined Pérez-Llorca in March 2016.

Experience
Jesús is currently working in the Corporate practice area at Pérez-Llorca’s Barcelona office. He advises domestic and international clients on corporate and real estate transactions, as well as on a wide range of commercial and real estate matters.
In particular, Jesús also has extensive experience in various fields related to real estate law and has provided comprehensive advice on numerous projects, both in the acquisition phase and in the construction, development, marketing and divestment phases of the project. Jesús also has experience in advising on financial law matters, having advised on financing, corporate finance and project finance transactions and has participated in domestic and international financing transactions through different financial instruments.
Academic and publishing collaborations
Jesús contributes to editorial activities, having published several articles and legal briefings on current and legally significant issues in his area of expertise.
