Joaquín Abril-Martorell García joined Pérez-Llorca in March 2018, having previously completed work experience as part of the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession.

In 2022/2023, Joaquín worked as an international associate at the New York office of a multinational legal firm where he took part in M&A and capital markets transactions, both within the US and internationally, with a specific focus on Latin American cases.

Experience

Joaquín mainly works on M&A and capital markets transactions, including listings on the stock exchange, takeover bids and capital increases for listed companies.

Additionally, Joaquín advises listed companies on corporate governance matters.
