Profile
José Manuel joined Pérez-Llorca in 2023 and is part of the Banking, Energy & Infrastructures practice area. His practice is mainly focused on banking & finance transactions as well as energy and infrastructures projects.
Before joining Pérez-Llorca, he has worked in the Finance, Energy & Infrastructure of a reputed Portuguese law firm and prior to that in the Banking & Projects department of a Magic Circle law firm with offices in Lisbon.

Experience
José Manuel has focused his professional activity on banking and finance matters and operations (structured or leverage finance) including acquisition finance, real estate finance, financing the acquisition or refinancing of NPL portfolios and securitizations.
His practice also includes, to a large extent, advising on energy, infrastructure and transport matters and projects.
José Manuel has advised clients both in national and cross-border transactions, having acted in particular for commercial banks, investment banks, pension funds, investment funds and corporations.
