Profile
Juan García Herrera joined Pérez-Llorca in 2021, having previously completed work experience at the firm as part of the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession.
Prior to this, Juan worked in the regulatory department of a Big Four firm, as well as in the procedural law practice area of a Spanish firm.

Experience
Juan is currently part of the Administrative and Regulatory practice area, providing legal advice in different regulated sectors, particularly in transactions related to commercial transactions and project finance with an administrative component. Juan also boasts ample experience in connection with the application of general and specific administrative legislation and advising domestic and international companies on their relationships with public administrations. He gives ongoing advice to companies participating in tender offers for all types of public sector contracts (works, services, sourcing and concessions) both throughout the tendering process and during their execution. Lastly, Juan also has experience in litigation, both in the administrative and civil jurisdictions.
Prior to this, he has worked in the firm’s Litigation and Arbitration and Public Law practice areas.
