Julia Calatayud joined Pérez-Llorca in 2021. Prior to this, she worked in the Employment practices at renowned Spanish and international firms.
Studies:
- 2017 Joint Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession with a specialisation in Employment Law and Human Resources, ESADE – Universidad Ramon Llull
- 2016 Degree in Law, Universidad de Zaragoza
She speaks Spanish and English.
Experience
Julia is specialised in employment and social security law. She has experience providing ongoing legal advice to domestic and international clients on matters such as dismissals, formalisation of contracts, false self-employment, business restructurings, collective bargaining and labour inspections.
She has also represented clients before the Mediation, Conciliation and Arbitration Service, before the Labour and Social Security Inspection Authorities, as well as in various stages of judicial labour proceedings in matters such as dismissals, violations of fundamental rights, substantial modifications to working conditions, job classification, claims for payment and challenges of administrative acts.
