Luis Ignacio joined Pérez-Llorca in 2023, having previously completed work experience at the firm as part of the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession. Prior to this, he completed work experience at a reputable Spanish firm.

He speaks Spanish, English and Italian.

Experience

Luis Ignacio is part of Pérez-Llorca’s Corporate and Real Estate practice area. He advises domestic and international clients on all types of M&A, real estate and corporate transactions. In particular, he has been involved in the leasing of large retail outlets and the purchase and sale of real estate or financial assets. Previously, Luis Ignacio has worked in the Litigation and Arbitration areas of the firm, having participated in civil court proceedings, in particular in banking and competition law matters, and in international arbitrations.

Academic and publishing collaborations

Luis Ignacio collaborates with the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE-ICAI) as a lecturer in the Professional Skills Diploma course.
