Maddalen joined Pérez-Llorca in June 2023. Before joining the firm, she worked in the Tax department of a renowned Spanish firm.

Studies:

• 2023 Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession, Universidad Complutense de Madrid
• 2022 Master’s Degree specialising in Tax Advice, Escuela de Práctica Jurídica
• 2021 Degree in Law, Universidad del País Vasco

She speaks Spanish, English and Basque.

Experience

Maddalen cooperates in advising on proceedings before the tax authorities, and has been involved in the preparation of numerous appeals and claims before the ordinary courts and the economic-administrative courts against acts issued by the tax authorities.

Likewise, she advises companies and their shareholders, whether resident in Spain or not, on direct and indirect tax matters.
