Experience
Manuel’s professional experience focuses on commercial litigation before the Spanish courts. He also has experience in commercial arbitration.
Manuel has been involved in particularly complex and high-value litigation and arbitration. His experience includes corporate disputes, claims related to M&A transactions and disputes arising from contracts in different sectors (including public works projects, residential construction, telecommunications, automotive and energy).
Manuel also has experience in the area of restructuring and insolvency. Among other matters, Manuel has been involved in insolvency proceedings, production unit purchases, asset disposal for companies in insolvency proceedings, agreement approvals, challenges to lists of creditors and in incidents related to the determination of insolvency assets (clawback actions, inventory challenges and separation actions). Similarly, Manuel has advised both debtors and creditors in pre-insolvency situations.
