Marc París joined Pérez-Llorca in 2024. prior to joining the firm,, he worked as a lawyer in the Employment Law department of a prestigious Spanish law firm.

He speaks Spanish, Catalan and English. He also understands Italian.

Experience

As a specialist in employment and social security law, he advises on all areas of employment relationships including intervention in insolvency restructuring procedures and commercial transactions.

Academic and publishing collaborations

Marc is the author of several articles published in renowned legal journals. He has also contributed to books and collective works. Currently, he is also the coordinator of the ESADE Law Review’s revision team.

• On 1 September 2022, IESE selected Marc to join the prestigious IESE Young Talent Path Programme (YTP).
• On 18 October 2021, the Spanish Forum of Employment Lawyers awarded Marc the national prize for young employment lawyers (10^th Edition).
• On 11 April 2018, ESADE awarded Marc the Excellence Honour Award in recognition of his academic performance.
