Profile
Marcel Enrich joined Pérez-Llorca in 2020. Prior to joining the firm, he was a partner in the Barcelona office of an international law firm.
Studies:
- 1996 LL.M. in International Business and Trade Law, Fordham University (New York), cum laude.
- 1994 Degree in Law, University of Barcelona.
He speaks Spanish, English and Catalan.
Experience
With more than 20 years of experience in the sector, Marcel has advised on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and financing operations for companies and other entities both nationally and internationally.
Academic and Publishing Collaborations
Marcel lectures for the Master’s Degree in Business Law (MADE) at the Universidad Pompeu Fabra. He is also a professor at the Universidad Internacional de Cataluña (UIC).
