Margarita Sarralde joined Pérez-Llorca in 2024, having previously completed work experience in the firm’s Litigation and Arbitration and Corporate/M&A practice areas as part of the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession. Prior to joining the firm, Margarita also completed training internships in renowned domestic and international law firms. She was also a member of the legal advisory team of a multinational company and served in a European institution in Luxembourg.

Experience
Margarita is part of the Litigation and Arbitration practice area, where she advises domestic and international clients on all types of civil and commercial proceedings before Spanish courts and tribunals, as well as in domestic and international arbitration.
Prior to this, she has been a member of the firm’s Corporate and M&A practice area, where she took part in advice for both national and international clients on corporate, contractual and commercial matters, mainly in mergers and acquisitions and company restructurings.
